Concrete water-retaining agent is a new type of additive. It adsorbs water through hydrophilic groups (such as amide and carboxyl groups) in its molecular structure, forming a micro-cross-linked network structure. This effectively reduces bleeding and segregation in concrete, improves workability, and maintains fluidity at the same time. It is applicable to pumped concrete, machine-made sand concrete and projects that require crack resistance.
Model: CANWIN-Z1
Composition: High-molecular polymer containing hydrophilic groups such as amide and carboxyl groups.
- Dosage: 1.0-3.0%.
- The water retention rate is ≥70%, and the bleeding rate is reduced by 25%-75%.
- It does not affect the setting time and compressive strength of concrete.
Core function
1. Water retention performance
- Adsorb free water molecules, reduce evaporation and prolong the hydration time of cement.
2. Improve workability
- Improve cohesion, prevent aggregate separation, and enhance encapsulation.
3. Crack resistance and durability
- Reduce the risk of shrinkage cracks, increase density, and enhance impermeability and frost resistance.
1. Dosage control
- 1.0-3.0% (adjusted according to the proportion of the pumping agent) is recommended to be tested to determine the optimal dosage.
2. Compound compatibility
- It is applicable to various water reducers such as naphthalene-based, aliphatic and polycarboxylic acid ones.
3. Construction Precautions
- The dosage should be increased (0.05%-0.1%) in high-temperature/dry environments.
- Reduce the dosage in a low-temperature environment to avoid delaying coagulation.
Packaging: Liquid is packed in ton drums or 200kg drums or other customized packaging.
Storage: Keep away from light and moisture. Shelf life: 6 months.
